We have a very talented kitchen team at Sergel Hub, but sometimes it’s fun to bring in former colleagues. You can order a customized menu from Desirée Jaks, who won Chef of the Year 2023. She was involved in opening Spesso, which is located 12 floors above us, and worked in the kitchen there until her victory. Now she is touring with her winning menu, which we find very exciting. Occasionally, she returns to visit, especially when a customized menu from her is requested.
